The delivery price is quoted as delivery to mainland Singapore, Malaysia, or Indonesia were we have outlets and includes packaging, handling and delivery insurance. We make every effort to deliver goods to your home within 14 days, however delays are occasionally inevitable.

Our goods do not require a signature on delivery, however if they are unable to leave an item safely at an address, your goods will be available for collection at a central point or an alternative delivery time can be arranged direct with the courier.

We are very happy to accept orders from all over the world although we will have to quote delivery charges separately and cannot be held responsible for any local import duty at destination.

Exchange/Returns we

want you to love our products as much as we do and we make every effort to ensure that goods arrive with you in good condition. Should an item arrive faulty we will automatically offer either a replacement or a full refund.

If for any other reason you are unhappy with the items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and providing they are still in a completely saleable condition, we will issue a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used to place the order once we have received the goods back in our warehouse.

Data Protection to comply with the Data Protection Act (1984) we are required to inform you that we have recorded your name and address on our computer for the sole purpose of processing your order and keeping you up to date with Ethnic Moods new ranges, products, news and offers. Your name and address will not be given or sold to third parties. Please let us know if you object to our keeping this information, and we will delete it.

Right of Ownership

All goods shall remain the property of Ethnic Moods until full and final payment is made. Upon full and final payment legal title of items shall pass to the purchaser.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error we will advise you about it as soon as possible. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our furniture, dimensions may vary.

Many of the designs are manufactured exclusively for us and the copyright of all images and designs shown on this website belong to Ethnic Moods, but if you want bigger and better , just ask we not only do retail but trade as well.
